The spray dryer is mainly used for small experimental new product research institutes,colleges, enterprises and units such as the development of the pilot (small batchproduction), it can according to different product characteristics, to explore the optimum conditions of the spray drying experiment, a solid foundation for scale production lay.
The main characteristic of this equipment is: high speed centrifugal spray, low pressurespray, high pressure spray, multi fluid spray, powder reflux, agglomerating granulation and other functions, simple operation, convenient, effective, is a good helper of scientific experts.
High speed centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in the solution, emulsion, suspension and plasticity of paste liquid powder, granular solid products. Therefore, when the product particle size distribution requirements, final moisture content, density and shape of the particles is uniform, centrifugal spray drying is an ideal process.
1, working principle:
Feed liquid by high speed centrifugal atomizer on top of the tower body, an extremely mist liquid beads, filtered and heated air into the dryer, the air distributor on the top, the hot air spirally and evenly into the drying chamber. The droplet and the hot air from the distributorin the dryer mixed, rapid heat and mass transfer, in a very short period of time become dry powdered products. The product output continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, the exhaust fan by emptying.
